Mobility
Designed to enhance flexibility and joint health, our Mobility Class helps dancers and movers increase range of motion and improve overall body control. Through targeted exercises, students build strength, reduce stiffness, and move with greater ease and efficiency.

Ballet
Ballet is a type of performance dance that originated during the Italian Renaissance in the 15th century. It is a highly technical form of dance with its own vocabulary based on French terminology.

Contemporary
In this dynamic class, dancers of all levels will explore a fusion of styles, combining elements of ballet, modern, and jazz to create unique movement. Participants will develop strong technique, enhance their flexibility, and learn how to convey emotion through dance. With a focus on improvisation and personal expression, this class encourages individuality while promoting teamwork and collaboration.

Aerial Silks
Anti-gravity yoga or "aerial yoga", is a new type of yoga now being practiced in several countries, which combines the traditional yoga poses, pilates and dance with the use of a hammock. Be sure to join our FLOW at the end of the term where we put all those moves into a choreographed dance in the silks!

Hip Hop
Our Hip Hop Program offers an energetic and dynamic introduction to this popular dance style. Perfect for ages 13+, students will learn foundational moves, rhythm, and choreography in a fun and supportive environment. Classes focus on building coordination, confidence, and self-expression while grooving to age-appropriate, upbeat music. Whether your child is a beginner or has some experience, this programme is a great way to spark their passion for dance.

PowerFit
PowerFit is a fun, full-body class that blends step, strength training, easy-to-follow movement routines, and gentle stretching. It’s designed to help you feel stronger, increase stamina, and stay energized — a fun way to keep fit

Wuk Wednesday
Bring the heat to your fitness routine with Wuk Wednesday! This lively dance fitness class is all about fun, high-energy moves, and great vibes. Whether you’re here to break a sweat or just enjoy the rhythm, it’s the perfect way to stay active and feel amazing!
